SCHOOLYARD PRANKS

Principal Boone was making his speech and Todd and I were sitting up front, best seats in the school auditorium for the show.  Bill and Alex were sitting way in the last row and they had the best seats for what they were doing.  Boone droned on about budget cuts and we had to lose the soccer team and drop a few of the art classes, but we were all graduating in a few months and didn’t care.  What we cared about was making a fool out of Boone for all the detentions he’d given us for cutting class or finding us with beers.  The guy just didn’t know how to have a good time.  But we did.  Bill and Alex traded the laser pointer between them and then passed it around to the rest of our friends.  We all snicker and laughed as that red dot showed up dead center on Boone’s forehead.  Even a few of the teachers chuckled.  A couple others started looking around for the laser pointer, even whispering and asking who had it.  But everyone in the back row got his or her hands on it eventually!  Best of all, I got a picture of Boon with the dot on his forehead with my camera phone.  If I can manage it, that’s definitely going into the yearbook.
